Charity Eiskugel supports Kultur-Tafel-Würzburg

The “WISAG Culture Ball” was presented for the first time in July 2018 in the Eiscafé Casa on Hofstrasse in Würzburg. This is the first charity ice cream in the cultural city of Würzburg. For every ice ball sold, 30 cents go to the Kultur-Tafel-Würzburg, according to a press release by the Krimm brothers. The mayor of Würzburg, Christian Schuchardt, has been the patron of the project from the start.

The “WISAG Culture Ball” is a lemon and basil ice cream. Over 3000 ice cream scoops have been sold in the past few months. “The ice cream is an absolute hit and the most popular type of ice cream ever”, Theresa Belz, managing director of the Casa, is quoted in the message. The campaign was initiated by the WISAG Group, headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, a facility management company that operates throughout Germany. As a first starting shot, the WISAG Group donated 1,000 euros in advance to the Kultur-Tafel-Würzburg at the beginning of the year.

During a press conference and in the presence of Mayor Judith Jörg, WISAG again donated a contribution of 1000 euros to the Kultur-Tafel-Würzburg. The donation was received by Marion Gut, chairwoman of the Kultur-Tafel-Würzburg. As a result, 11,000 from this charity campaign have been donated to charity to date. The “WISAG Culture Ball” will be available again from spring 2022, the announcement concludes.
