Studies show that those who became infected with COVID and escaped with their lives have a higher level of immunity protection than those who have been vaccinated, says Răzvan Cherecheş, a public health professor at UBB Cluj.

Răzvan Cherecheş, professor of public health at Babeş-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, published on his social media page what is the highest degree of protection against COVID-19, comparing vaccination with going through the disease.
“Excellent analysis of the 2 studies (CDC and Israel) that analyzed the level of protection given by vaccination compared to natural immunization. The analysis reinforces what I also posted:
– on the 1st place as protection is the natural immunization (passing through infection) plus vaccination
– 2nd place in protection is natural immunization
– vaccination is in 3rd place as protection
This does not mean that it is preferable to immunize yourself naturally, “says Cherecheş. He points out that some of those who became infected did not survive to build protective immunity. On the other hand, vaccination protects you without major risks. for health data of infection, the greatest risk being death.
“This means that people who have gone through the infection must have the same status as vaccinated people, in terms of access and mobility,” says the UBB professor.
