Usually, the eclipse will last less than two hours, so this natural phenomenon that will occur in mid-November is considered the longest lunar eclipse.

The month at the end of November is also known as ‘freezing month’ or ‘beaver month’.

This means that this lunar eclipse will be a partial ‘blood moon’ with a reddish color visible on the lunar surface.

Blood moon is the name given to the phenomenon of a full moon eclipse that occurs when the position of the earth is exactly between the sun and the moon so that the earth’s shadow covers the moon.

On November 19, it is estimated that nearly 97 percent of the moon will be protected from Earth.

Between 2001 and 2100, a total of 288 lunar eclipses are expected to occur.
