A BOLA – PSG player denies aggression against teammate (France)

Aminata Diallo, a player for the Paris Saint-Germain women’s team, “formally disputes” the accusations that she has been targeted in recent days, specifically the attack on teammate Kheira Hamraoui, according to the lawyer for the French footballer.

In a note sent to Agence France-Presse, Mourad Battikh totally denies the picture of rivalry and aggression.

“Aminata Diallo laments the totally artificial staging of a rivalry between her and Kheira Hamraoui that would justify an attack on her colleague. This theory does not correspond at all to the true nature of their relationship», justified Mourad Battikh.

Diallo was detained for questioning on Wednesday, on suspicion of having hired two men to attack Kheira Hamraoui, a teammate with the Parisians and the national team – she was to be released on Thursday, without any charges being raised.

Kheira Hamraoui, a French international, like Diallo, was the victim of an attack on the night of 4 November, while returning, with Diallo, from a dinner organized by the PSG.

Hamraoui was repeatedly hit with an iron rod by two men, who fled, according to the Versailles procuratorate.

“Other more serious clues were considered by the investigators and in no way involve my client”, says the lawyer. And it goes on.

“Aminata Diallo regrets the media hype that has already condemned her, without foundation, and recalls that she will not hesitate to defend her rights in court, if necessary, against any defamation.”

The lawyer also emphasizes that his client “cooperated fully and facilitated the work of the investigators, leaving her free.”
