The Los Angeles Rams underscore their ambitions for the Super Bowl. The franchise, which caused a sensation a few weeks ago with the Von Miller trade, is now announcing the signing of Odell Beckham Jr. The wide receiver was released by the Cleveland Browns at the beginning of the week.
OBJ was on the NFL’s waiver list until Tuesday. However, since no interested party could be found, he became a free agent. On Wednesday (local time) the Rams will announce the signing of the three-time pro bowler. According to the “NFL Network”, Beckham Jr. will get a contract until the end of the season.

The 29-year-old, who was last no longer happy with the Browns, is thus joining a highly dangerous Rams offensive. Quarterback Matthew Stafford’s team leads the league in the Passing Yards category (2,776), and they scored the second-most touchdowns after the Bucs (23). Receiver Cooper Kupp in particular caused a sensation, leading the statistics with 1,019 yards and ten touchdowns across the league.
If Beckham Jr. succeeds in following his early days in the NFL with the New York Giants, the Rams have gained another offensive weapon. The Rams are apparently doing everything they can to get the second Super Bowl title after 1999. Currently, the team in the NFC is only behind division neighbor Arizona with a 7-2 record. In Week 10, the Rams face the San Francisco 49ers in the Monday Night Game.
