At around 8 p.m., a police patrol saw a man partially under a parked car in the Confortalei, near a moped. “The man was still alive at the time, but he no longer responded,” says Sven Lommaert of the local police in Antwerp. “An ambulance and a MUG quickly arrived and tried to resuscitate the man, but a few minutes later it turned out that the 41-year-old man had died.”
