Ángeles Ribes, councilor in the Lleida City Council, has denounced in the video blog he has on elCatalán’s YouTube channel that Ciudadanos has hired a separatist lawyer to proceed against her and another militant of the orange formation in this city.
Ribes does not question the professional qualities of the lawyer in question, but he questions whether it is the most appropriate for the orange training to use a lawyer wearing a “yellow bow.”
He has also shown his discomfort because he believes that Citizens have lost “their founding values” and believes that this attitude will again take its toll at the polls, as it happened in the last regional elections held on February 14 of this year, in which went from 36 to six seats.
