No more for United? Paul Pogba.

The low point in terms of results: ManUtd goes down 0: 5 against Liverpool.

Manchester United is lagging far behind its own claims these days. In the Premier League, the bankruptcies against Liverpool and Manchester City have relentlessly revealed that United are not among the contenders for the championship this season either. And in the Champions League only the heroic deeds of Cristiano Ronaldo kept the “Red Devils” on track.

As bad as the balance on the results sheet is, internally everything should be much worse. According to a report in the Daily Mail, the lines between the players and coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, who has already been counted, have hardened. Ring leader Bruno Fernandes misses a clear plan, the change to a more defensive system degrades the numerous offensive stars to bench pressers. While Solskjaer continues to cling to the weak Harry Maguire, others like Donny van de Beek or Jadon Sancho don’t get enough attention. The dismissal of the Norwegian seems to be only a matter of time, the “Sun” is already bringing Ralf Rangnick into play as his successor.

Pogba doesn’t matter anymore
And superstar Ronaldo has been worried about the level decline since his first time in Manchester twelve years ago. In the event that the Champions League places are missed, the Portuguese should already be flirting with an exit from Manchester. There shouldn’t be a season without a premier class in his résumé.

Paul Pogba no longer plays a role. Manchester is fed up with the circus staged by agent Mino Raiola and the extroverted midfielder. Now Pogba injured his calf during training for the French national team. It should be out by January. Exactly then the transfer window opens in which Manchester wants to sell the 28-year-old. If this does not succeed, Pogba, who committed in 2016 for 130 million francs, could leave the club in the summer for free. (red)
