Of the Day of Tolerance will take place on November 16, 2021. Everyone is invited to a small festival on the “Day of Tolerance”. The event takes place from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Adenauerplatz in 64297 Darmstadt.
With light and music, we offer a stage for tolerance and collect opinions and experiences on the subject of (in) tolerance and what this means for people.
In addition to the opportunity for exchange and a cozy get-together with good music, a delicious soup and stick bread, so-called light painting, i.e. painting with light, is planned. The initiator and responsible for the event on the international “Day of Tolerance” is
Sub-working group “against group-related enmity” as part of the working group children and Youth Eberstadt, which works under the premise of an inclusive community, away from exclusion.
The aim is to implement the “principles for tolerance” proclaimed by UNESCO bit by bit and to carry them into society, but also to draw attention to the intolerance that unfortunately still exists.
