In the past year, several cities in Quebec have seen the average price of properties sold increase drastically.
In Trois-Rivières, the selling price of properties increased by 27%, bringing the average transaction to $ 269,056.
Gatineau does not follow far behind with an increase of 26% to a value of $ 422,451.
In third place, the metropolis of Montreal saw its properties increase by 21% for average transactions of $ 499,700.
