The tension is palpable in hospitals and health establishments which, for the most part, lack skills and are sometimes forced to close beds for lack of qualified personnel. A specialist in recruitment software that distributes its 50 employees between Rennes and Versailles, Beetween has just created a digital solution to overcome this critical human resources problem, exacerbated by the health crisis.
Its platform now offers the automatic sharing of CVs that have not been selected by a clinic, nursing home or hospital, but whose profiles may be of interest to others. This arrival of Beetween in the specific sector of HR dedicated to health, was accompanied by an initial fundraising of 2 million euros, completed last June and subscribed by Inter Invest Capital.
600 different professions
“Our objective is that establishments in the same region can have access to all the CVs that arise. This mutual aid is a response to the shortage of candidates, ”explains Philippe de Rosnay, co-founder and president of Beetween. A large hospital has a panel of nearly 600 different professions. “It’s a real city within a city,” he adds.
About fifty establishments have already chosen to share CVs, half of which are located in Brittany. At the Brest CHRU, the human resources department indicates that “the multicasting of advertisements on the Beetween platform saves time throughout the recruitment process”. Establishments located in other regions use the solution such as the American hospital in Paris, the CHU in Nice or the hospital center in Toulouse.
Beyond the free CV sharing, the price invoiced for the creation of recruitment modules specific to each hospital is between 5,000 and 50,000 euros per year, depending on the scope of the licenses. While nearly 30% of Beetween’s activities are related to hospitality, the company is deploying a similar software model for the interim, the entertainment industry or the automotive sector. In order to accelerate its development, the company, which does not disclose its turnover, will formalize a first external growth operation before the end of 2021.
