In March 2018, the offended woman had experienced a traumatic event. She therefore consulted her GP, who traveled to her home and injected a sedative.
Since the two developed a sexual relationship, they have both explained. At the same time, the man continued as a GP for the woman and her children.
Half a year later, in September 2018, the woman reported the man.
He has now been convicted in Oslo District Court.
The court points out that it was the defendants themselves who produced the victim’s condition by injecting morphine. The action appears to be well-considered and planned.

The former doctor has been convicted of all counts in the indictment, which deal with sexual intercourse with an unconscious person, abuse of position and representations that sexualize children.
“Then we take and play three”
On the woman’s phone, the police found a number of text messages from the GP, in which he writes sexually about both her and her daughter under the age of 10.
“I want you to put on stay ups, but no panties or bras. Small bathrobe or short dress over. Take a nap and bring the little pink vibrator to enjoy. Send me an SMS when you are ready. Then you call me on FaceTime when you go in, so I can join and see “, he writes.
‘I want to see her face and see you touch her hair. And lift up the duvet so I can see my legs and panties “, he continues.
The man also wrote about how the woman should give the child sleeping pills, and that he himself should then come to visit. “Then we take and play three,” he writes.
The court finds it proven beyond a reasonable doubt that the man sent the messages, and that they are about the victim’s daughter.
He was arrested the day after the report, and was detained for ten weeks. During this period he also lost his medical authorization.

“The court has no doubt that this was not an ordinary love affair and that the accused obtained the sexual intercourse by abusing his position as a doctor,” it is stated in the judgment.
In addition to the prison sentence, the man is sentenced to pay a fine of 275,000 kroner to the offended woman.
Oslo District Court further writes:
“The defendant has given the victim several injections of Sobril and morphine intravenously without explaining this in the patient’s medical record. The injections have often taken place in connection with sexual intercourse with the patient both at the doctor’s office and at the patient’s place of residence. He has used violence against the patient in the form of kicks, blows and grabs. “
