US has 70% of adults vaccinated against Covid

You USA reached the mark of 70% of adults fully vaccinated against Covid, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

According to the agency, 80% of over 18s received at least the first dose of any of the immunization agents available in the country.

In relation to the total population, 68% have taken at least one dose and 58% are fully immunized.

Last week, the president Joe Biden announced the start of Covid vaccination in children aged 5 to 11 years.
