At least 99 potential victims
David Fuller, a former electrician in hospitals in UK, made his confession. During his trial Thursday, the 67-year-old admitted having killed two young women, aged 20 and 25, in 1987 in Kent (south-east). He is accused of having sexually abused them after their death. Before the trial, the necrophiliac pleaded guilty to 51 other offenses, including 44 related to post-mortem agressions. Investigators believe, however, that the toll is heavier with at least 99 potential victims, of which 78 have been identified. Among them are three minors and several women over the age of 85.

David Fuller’s arrest dates back to the end of 2020 thanks to a breakthrough enabled by DNA.
