The director of the Regional Health Agency assures him: “1.6 billion euros is unprecedented. To give an example, the two previous plans” Hospital 2012 “and” Hospital 2017 “had endowed Occitanie of about 600 million euros; there, it is almost triple.
This Ségur is of an unprecedented dimension, it is a massive element in a whole which touches all the levers and which is built with the liberals and the actors of the medico-social world. There will thus be hires because there is no longer a numerus clausus, we will train more nurses, more doctors, nursing assistants, we raise salaries and a mid-career nurse can, for example, touch up to 400 euros net more per month, we are also changing the situation on hospital equipment.
All this to meet health needs and make up for delays, adapt to new technologies … “.
