DJI releases luxury drones: Here is Mavic 3 and Mavic 3 Cine

Now DJI has launched its two new drones Mavic 3 and Mavic 3 Cine. The drones are the sequels to the company’s Mavic 2 Pro and Mavic 2 Zoom which were released in 2018, reports The Verge.

Mavic 3 has a dual camera system powered by a 4/3 cmos sensor and can shoot in 4k up to 120 frames per second and take 20 megapixel photos. In addition to the main lens of 24mm, there is also a hybrid zoom lens with 28x digital zoom. Price is 2199 dollars, corresponding to approximately 18,875 kronor excluding VAT.

The more luxurious Mavic 3 Cine can also shoot in Apple ProRes 442 HQ in 5.1k resolution at up to 50 frames per second. Cine also has a built-in ssd of 1 terabyte. Price is 4999 dollars, corresponding to approximately 42,900 kronor excluding VAT.

Both drones’ batteries should last for 46 minutes of flight time. The new object sensor must be able to detect objects at a distance of as much as 200 meters. The transmission range is 15 kilometers under good conditions for 1080p resolution at 60 frames per second.
