Anyone who has a stadium ban and who is still in or around a stadium risks a new and higher penalty and a subsequent fine. In addition, a person can also be criminally prosecuted and receive a prison sentence of six months.
Joint plan
The KNVB, Eredivisie CV, Kitchen Champion Division, clubs, municipalities, police, Public Prosecution Service and the Ministry of Justice and Security are working on a joint plan with extra measures to further combat the nuisance caused by rioters in and around the stadium. This plan must be ready by November 16.
