Do you also equip the clubs?

For France, currently not but it is in the line because it is two years that it is structured. It will be implemented very quickly. Abroad this is something that has been in place for a while. So France will follow soon.

Professional and amateur clubs?

In Germany, from next season, we will equip Schalke 04. We have a few professional partner clubs and we have the ambition to be in the amateur world up to semi-professional levels. Czech D1 clubs and the Slovak selection are also partners. The goal is to be everywhere and to be with clubs that have a history in their country.

Do you have stores in France?

No store in France, but it’s the next step after two years of opening maybe one, two or three stores. It has already been done in Germany, the Czech Republic, and Spain. These physical stores allow us to get closer to our customers, to give them expertise beyond the experience offered by the site.

In 2019, you become a member of the 11TeamSports group, the largest distributor of football equipment in Europe. How did it help you?

In 2019, they bought us back. This had several objectives: to continue to develop throughout Europe and the second was to improve and consolidate our relations with suppliers and major brands in the market. 11TeamSports has really come to legitimize our presence in the market. And last point, in terms of image, for all enthusiasts who know 11TeamSports and its expertise on the market, it reinforces our presence on the entire European market.

Do major competitions such as the Euro have an impact on the frequentation of your online stores? From your physical stores (Prague, Bratislava)?

For us, site visits had a positive impact even if it was not too impacted by the health crisis. The Euro had an impact but it is not only the European Championship, it is in my opinion the return to normal life that has made the enthusiasm generally resumed. The resumption of physical activities is also to be taken into account.

What are the top selling items on these occasions?

We obviously have an increase in sales of jerseys, crampons and that’s why I made the link just with the end of the restrictions. The impact is as much in the supportism part as in the practice. We can draw a parallel with Roland Garros which encourages people to re-equip themselves with the purchase of equipment in order to resume practice.

Do you have a consulting service dedicated to your customers?

So today it is solutions that we are working on whether it is the chatbot part, a system that allows you to quickly respond to customer questions, but also everything that will be related to the showfinder (selection of products according to the needed in practice).

We already have categories on our sites that will allow the user to relatively easily find a product that corresponds to the type of terrain on which he wants to practice (synthetic, mud, etc.). The showfinder goes a little further since it allows a selection of products to be offered according to the consumer’s choices. This part of the showfinder revolves more around the needs of the consumer.
