IPhone smartphones have a hidden feature. You will find it in an unexpected place – in the Apple logo on the back of the phone. It was launched with a new update, for iPhones 8 and newer. The logo on the back of the phone will now serve as a shortcut to some of the phone’s features.

Double-clicking on it activates one of the functions you can choose at your discretion. You can use the logo to switch between different applications, adjust the volume, quickly return to the home screen, or take a picture of your phone screen.

But the Apple logo offers more. If you double-tap it three times, it offers additional features such as turning on the Siri virtual assistant, VoiceOver, or informing you of the battery status.

How can you set up a new feature? First, make sure you have the latest update. Then open “settings” on your phone, select “access” here, then “touch” and select “tap back” here. Here you can then choose which function you want to start by double or triple double-clicking.

You can also change the functions that will be set for double-tap and triple-tap at any time.

Phone covers can be a problem, especially if the cover is heavy or rough. However, if you only have a thin cover, the feature should work on your iPhone.
