The auction Archeology, Art of the East and Pre-Columbian Art, one of the two against which Mexico filed a formal complaint with the French authorities for the commercialization of archaeological pieces, closed yesterday with a result of 797,634 euros (about 923,820 dollars), reports the Parisian sales house Artcurial. Last week Mexico expressed its “deep concern” about this operation. | efe
