The most powerful Android smartphones of October 2021

As at the beginning of the month, AnTuTu unveils the Top 10 best performing smartphones of the previous month. Here is the ranking of the most powerful Android devices on the Chinese market in October 2021.

AnTuTu, the famous benchmarking tool, just uploaded its new list of the most powerful flagship and mid-range smartphones. As 2021 draws to a close, the rankings get more and more interesting. Indeed, manufacturers are targeting the increase in purchases caused by the end of the year holidays. As you might expect, the Top 10 premium devices are dominated by Qualcomm Snapdragon 888+ and Snapdragon 888 processors, with the Black Shark 4S Pro leading the way. The terminal obtained an average score of 875,902 points.

The Black Shark 4S series

Remember that in addition to integrating the “+” version of the high-end SoC from the American manufacturer, it has up to 16 GB of RAM for a maximum internal storage capacity of 512 GB.

Snapdragon 888+, the extreme processor

The Black Shark 4S Pro keeps the right distance from the Nubia Red Magic 6S Pro which is also powered by the Snapdragon 888+. The iQOO 8 Pro is in third place with 844,078 points. It sits right in front of the Black Shark 4 Pro. For its part, the Vivo X70 Pro + is fifth in the standings. Also incorporating a Snapdragon 888 Plus chip, it offers 12 GB of RAM as well as 512 GB internal storage.

The Asus ROG Phone 5s, iQOO 8, Meizu 18 Pro and OnePlus 9 Pro occupy the sixth, seventh, eighth and ninth places respectively.

The Oppo Find X3 Pro brings up the rear with 809,521 points. Launched last March, the 6.7-inch smartphone is powered by a Snapdragon 888 chipset associated with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. It is obviously 5G compatible and includes a quadruple photo module on the back. The software component is provided by Android 11 with the ColorOS overlay.

What about mid-range devices?

In the mid-range segment, the iQOO 5 is on the top of the podium. Unlike the ranking of premium terminals, the list presents a wide variety of chips. These include Qualcomm Snapdragon, MediaTek Dimensity and HiSilicon Kirin SoCs. The Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite, which is powered by a Snapdragon 780G, is thus in second position with 533,806 points. It is followed by the Xiaomi Civi which in turn is ahead of the Honor 50 Pro and the Honor 50. The two devices from the Huawei subsidiary are therefore in the top 5.

The Oppo Reno6 5G, Huawei Nova 9, Huawei Nova 9 Pro, Redmi 10X 5G and Huawei Nova 8 share sixth to tenth places.
