The director of the production, staging and editing is Dace Micāne-Zālīte. The author of the libretto is Juris Hiršs. Cast: Siegfried Anna Meierovics – tenor Valters Gleške, Kristīne Bakmane – soprano Sonora Vaice, Anna Meierovica – soprano Jolanta Strikaite.
Singers Aivars Krancmanis, Andris Danilenko and Andris Kipļuks, as well as Matīss Millers, Jānis Kirmuška, Edgars Lipors, Henrijs Kozlovskis, Adams Vaicis, Ernests Vīgners, Dāvids Kristofers Loks are shown in other roles in the production-film. The pair of dancers – soloists Egija Abaroviča and Reinis Rešetins shown in the film is like a symbolic double in the language of dance-movement by Siegfried Meierovich and Kristine Bakmane, a group of operetta dancers – Roberta Gailite, reports operetta-filmmakers.
The premiere of the operetta’s screening was scheduled for November 11 at the VEF Culture Palace and November 12 at the Vidzeme Concert Hall “Cēsis”, but they cannot take place in person and have therefore been postponed.
The screenplay of the Operetta-Biographical Story is a dedication of the Operetta Theater to Latvia and tells the story of the birth of the Latvian state and Siegfried Anna Meierovica, who succeeded de jure and de facto in establishing the Latvian state. when he is already an Internationally Recognized Diplomat. By order of the Latvian Operetta Foundation, the music created by Plato Buravickis for soloists and symphony orchestra has been staged and interpreted with musical sophistication by conductor Valdis Butāns, which was immortalized in the audio recording of the music by sound director Andris Ūze.

The creative team also included choreographer, contemporary and environmental dance specialist Lilija Lipora, production artist Sandra Strēle, creator of visual concept, image and environmental visual concept, costume designer Odetta Birmane, set designer Rolands Strelčs, make-up artist Liāna Repule.
