Kamil Rodan, a historian and expert on the British royal family, died on Sunday at the age of 43 after a short and serious illness. The Silesian Museum in Opava, where Rodan worked, informed about it.
“At the most difficult moment for us, we announce to all relatives, friends and acquaintances that on October 31, 2021, our beloved son, brother, nephew, brother-in-law and uncle, Mr. Kamil Rodan, left us forever after a short and serious illness at the age of 43,” says Kamil Rodan. on the mourning party.
The last farewell to Kamil Rodan will take place on Friday 5 November at 4 pm in the mourning hall of the crematorium in Silesian Ostrava.
Kamil Rodan studied history at the Faculty of Arts of the University of Ostrava, where he also received a doctorate in economic and social history. He then worked as a researcher at the Silesian Museum in Opava.
In addition to many professional articles and studies, he has also written several books, such as Life with a Crown, Women with a Crown or The Restless Century or Living with Honor.
