At 22.25, the police received a report that a man had been stabbed inside an address in Sandviken in Bergen.
The victim, a man in his 60s, is still hospitalized at Haukeland Hospital, says operations manager Jørgen Ommedal in a press release at 04.30 on Tuesday night. The man must be out of danger.
No one has been arrested so far in the case. The police do not believe there is any reason to believe that it poses a threat or danger to others.
– We do not have an active search for perpetrators. We have finished the technical investigations on site, says the operations manager to TV 2 around 03.30.
He says they will do some technical investigations during the day, Tuesday.
– The case is over in the investigation track, Ommedal says.
