Reserve General Nicolae Ciuca will not submit his term as prime minister-designate even if PSD and USR have announced that they will not vote for him, liberal sources told G4Media.ro.
As such, Ciucă will go to the vote in the plenary of the Parliament, as Dacian Cioloș did before him, who later failed to vote.
