Soccer – Frankfurt am Main:Difficult cup lot for Hansa against RB Leipzig

Rostock (dpa / mv) – Second division soccer team FC Hansa Rostock has to compete in the round of 16 of the DFB Cup at Bundesliga club RB Leipzig. That was the result of the draw on Sunday evening in the ARD sports show. The game will be played on January 18th or 19th. “Home game in Leipzig! Are you ready for the next invasion?” FC Hansa tweeted to its fans afterwards.
Rostock made it to the round of 16 last Wednesday with a 4-2 win on penalties at league rivals Jahn Regensburg. Last year’s cup finalist RB Leipzig had prevailed 1-0 at the regional league club SV Babelsberg the day before. Both teams have never played against each other in the cup.
