Actor Aksel Hennie (46) has secured a large property in the Vestre Aker district in Oslo, writes E24. He paid NOK 27.25 million for Villa Solfeng, just below the suggested price of NOK 27.5 million.
The villa is 357 square meters in size and contains five bedrooms, several living rooms and a bathroom, the website writes. The plot is a total of 1.8 acres.
It is a fashionable area Hennie now settles in. You have to go out with at least 20 million kroner to secure one of the properties in the area, according to E24.

Hennie himself has not yet commented on the purchase, but was able to celebrate 46 years on the planet on Friday. The actor is known for protecting his privacy very well, and is unlikely to have a so-called “house tour” in the first place.
That he and his family will enjoy the place to frolic is still reasonable to believe.

They have married his wife Karoline Hegbom in 2019, and together they have two small children. He also has a daughter from a previous relationship.
