Stoycho Katsarov disgraced Bulgaria before the European community and brazenly lies to the ambassadors of the non-EU countries in our country! This was written by the former director of “Pirogov” Prof. Asen Baltov in his Facebook account.

Either Katsarov underestimates the missions of European countries in Bulgaria or he has lost all idea of reality. The embassies in Sofia certainly monitor:
– the proclamation of a plan which is not put into practice at all
– the introduction of a “green” certificate without any preparation time
– the Bulgarianisation of the “green” certificate in order to calm public tensions and turn it into an absolutely ineffective tool for limiting the pandemic and an illegitimate document within the EU
– the failure of the vaccination campaign
Instead of admitting that it has brought our healthcare system to collapse, while European countries are already returning to their normal rhythm of life, Stoycho Katsarov explains the reasons for the low vaccination in our country “with features of history, culture, totalitarian past, religion that have formed our people’s psychology “.
We have become a model of a corrupt state, which has led to demoralization, and therefore “it is very easy for mystical theories to penetrate the population that they will chip people, that these vaccines will be used for something other than prevention.”
Who is Stoycho Katsarov to allow himself to present our people in this way to the EU? Does his boss Rumen Radev hear what he is saying ?! “
