The Division Heartland en Prince of Persia uitgesteld • Gamingnation

Ubisoft is apparently having a hard time under the corona circumstances. The publisher has postponed The Division Heartland and the Prince of Persia remake.

During the presentation of their quarterly results, Ubisoft announced that The Division Heartland and Prince of Persia: Sands of Time remake will no longer be released this fiscal year. This means that the games will not be released before April 1, 2022, but will be released before March 31, 2023.

It’s actually not much of a surprise that both games have been postponed, as both have hardly been in the news lately. For example, both games skipped E3 and after that fans were already wondering if they would make their planned releases.

It’s not the first game that the French publisher has delayed lately. Prince of Persia: Sands of Time remake originally stood scheduled for January but was first postponed to March to then for undetermined time to be postponed.

The Division: Heartland is a standalone, free-to-play survival game from Ubisoft, and at the time of writing, little is known about it. We know that development is being led by Red Storm Entertainment, a studio that has close ties to the Tom Clancy licenses and has worked on The Division and The Division 2.

In addition to these games, Rocksmith+ has also been postponed to next fiscal year. We have not received any new release dates from the publisher, but will of course continue to monitor this closely for you!
