This morning, in the Daniel Hernández Park in Santa Tecla a Pink Fair was held, where different were developed. Dance classes were given and haircuts were given to women who wanted to donate hair and support women currently facing cancer treatment.
The activity included medical services such as general consultations, gynecology, nutrition, breast examination, evaluation for mammography, cytology, HIV tests.
“My respect and admiration to the women who today came to the mega pink day to donate their hair in support of the warriors who fight against this disease. Thank you! ”, Said the tecleño mayor.
October is breast cancer awareness month and various government entities, as well as autonomous ones, have carried out activities in order to make this fight visible.
