Effective immediately, Jacqueline Ratka is responsible for public safety and order. responsible and at the same time coordinates the measures and tasks in the fight against pandemics in the district. She succeeds Florian Kreiselmeier, who is moving to the administrative court of Würzburg as a judge, according to a press release from the district office.
Kreiselmeier came to the district office in October 2019 and thus shortly before the outbreak of the corona pandemic, which was to determine its activities significantly. “I have had an exciting, instructive and certainly not the poorest time for everyone involved,” he summed up when he said goodbye to the crisis team. His thanks went not only to the employees of the district office but also to external supporters such as the blue light organizations, the resident doctors and the Main-Spessart Clinic.
District Administrator Sabine Sitter thanked her outgoing department head for his dedicated work in times of crisis. “As the head of the disaster control management group, you have contributed to the creation of a team here and to that we are better positioned for future crisis situations.”, Praised the district administrator. She was pleased that Jacqueline Ratka could be appointed to the head of department with a young and motivated lawyer in a timely manner.
Born in the Rhineland, she completed her law studies at the University of Würzburg after graduating from high school, where she worked as a research assistant at the chair for public law ?? especially local law. Following her legal traineeship in Würzburg and the second state examination, Jacqueline Ratka began her professional career as a judge at the Würzburg Administrative Court. Due to her Franconian relatives, she has always had a connection to the region in which she has lived for 13 years and which has become her home. “I now live in Lohr and am therefore all the more looking forward to my new role at the Main-Spessart District Office,” said the lawyer.
