Nau.ch: How is your agency structured, how long has it existed and how many employees do you have?
The GA is a full service center. That means that with us all customer requests come together. From insurance advice to handling a claim. We are a team of 45 employees and are also a training company and train apprentices.
Nau.ch: What is your everyday life like, what are the sunny and dark sides of your job?
Everyday life is characterized by many conversations. The job is very interesting and extremely varied. So it is always important to find answers to new problems.
In the areas of personnel, organization, but also in claims handling, I am challenged again and again. In the event of a claim in particular, it is important that we are on site – so that we can act and make decisions quickly and easily.
Nau.ch: Which insurance issues are you currently most concerned with?
We currently have a lot of questions about cybercrime. But we also deal very intensively with topics relating to pensions and taxes. Insurance is a constant companion in all life situations.
Nau.ch: What should customers watch out for when they want to take out new insurance?
First you have to be aware of how much risk you can and will take yourself. The insurance concept can then be drawn up on the basis of this knowledge.
Not all customers have the same needs. It is therefore important to attach particular importance to this aspect in personal counseling.
Nau.ch: Is there anything else that you would like to tell readers?
Yes, of course, come and see us – get to know us and feel that special something. Being insured with a cooperative is something else.
Feel free to ask existing customers, they will confirm it for you. We know the concerns of our customers, we are part of the local economy and we work and live in the same place.
