Nuevo Casas Grandes, Chih.- The Technological University of Paquimé, organized in conjunction with the Sustainable and Protected Agriculture career, the continuing education course “Soil analysis, a strategy for fertilization management”, aimed at those who have graduated from said educational institution.
This training, organized by the Technological Services area of UT Paquimé, was given by Dina Cristina Caballero Cinco, professor of Engineering in Sustainable and Protected Agriculture, in order to offer a constant update in their training areas, which will allow them to aspire to better job opportunities or to strengthen their ventures.
During this training, the topics: importance of soil analysis, interpretation of analyzes, fertilization plan and soil improvers were addressed, and a program of practices was developed in the soil laboratory, which will help them to recognize the structure of the soil. soil for its correct interpretation and as well as to establish pertinent management recommendations for crop nutrition.
The director of Linking, Ana Elisa López Peña, pointed out that through this continuous training, it is sought to achieve a rapprochement with the graduates of the three educational programs of the “Falcons Family”, to know the most relevant topics and requirements, and develop suitable courses or workshops.
