On a day-to-day basis, being a Senior Advisor, Business Process Integration, means attending project and transformation forums to share your expertise, collaborating on impact analysis, solution design and the implementation of new processes. Finally, it is also to ensure that the current processes remain fully effective and, if necessary, to propose an upgrade strategy.
First, you will be called upon to work on the conciliation process. As you grow, you will be able to grow by learning about the processes of other teams including Segregation & Buy-ins, Counterparty Documentation Center, Market Parameters and Operational Compliance.
Your main challenges:
- Determine business needs, recommend optimal solutions and participate in training and change management;
- Proactively communicate issues and risks to management;
- Represent the Main Direction Cross-functional activities within various initiatives and influence the adhesion of the stakeholders with regard to the proposed processes.
More specifically, you will have to:
- Participate / take charge of the delivery of various projects of a sectoral or transversal nature;
- Identify and assess the impacts of changes on processes, procedures, etc;
- Analyze the performance of the processes under your responsibility and make recommendations for improvements;
- Actively participate in the definition of target processes and business needs;
- Coordinate improvement projects within the business unit;
- Identify transformation opportunities, contribute to the writing of business cases and the deployment of initiatives;
- Understand in detail the end-to-end processes and the interrelationships between the different processes and stakeholders involved.

- Bachelor’s degree related to the sector of activity (Administration, finance, accounting, etc.) and more than 5 years of relevant experience
- In-depth knowledge of securities and derivatives
- Knowledge of project management / delivery of initiatives in agile mode (an important asset)
- Knowledge of Accurate, Murex and ISM / OSS (an important asset)
- Ease of managing multiple priorities and results oriented
- Ability to analyze and synthesize, sense of initiative, support and autonomy
- Demonstrate a strong interest and a good understanding of data analysis “Data savyness”
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- French and English bilingualism
