VIVA – As promised, PT Honda Prospect Motor today officially launched a new car for the Indonesian market. No half-hearted, there are two models introduced at once.
The first car is Honda Civic RS, an iconic sedan that has been a legend since the 1970s. The 11th generation, which officially launched globally last April, can finally be purchased in Indonesia.
The appearance of this middle class sedan looks more elegant at the front, where grille made together with the upper body that houses the hood. Then the bumper is also different, with large vent sizes on the left and right sides.
Business Innovation and Sales concurrently Marketing Director of HPM, Yusak Billy said that the difference in the appearance of the 11th generation Civic from the one currently marketed in Indonesia was because Honda wanted to change its target market.

“If the old one is the concept playful sporty, while the All New Honda Civic RS is sophisticated sporty. The goal is to reach a wider audience,” he said during a virtual press conference VIVA Automotive Thursday 28 October 2021.
Billy explained, many new features can be enjoyed by owners of the All New Honda Civic RS. One of them, namely the existence of Honda Sensing which serves to help drivers avoid accidents.
