In a German interview, Murray admitted that he was involved in the production of a Marvel film. He didn’t say which franchise it was, but his answer already contained a big hint: “Some people were surprised that I chose a Marvel project. But for me it was very clear: I got to know director Peyton Reed, and really liked him. He was funny, humble, everything you want from a director.”

Peyton previously canned the first two ‘Ant-Mans’, and will also direct ‘Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania’. So it is almost certain that Murray will also play in the films about the super little superhero.

Still, the actor has no plans to become a regular member of the ‘Cinematic Marvel Universe’. “I’ve at least tried what it feels like to shoot a Marvel movie, but I don’t think I’ll have to experience it a second time.”
