It was surprising when Peter Gillis (59) and his girlfriend Nicol Kremers (31) put their beautiful villa in Neerpelt up for sale last summer, barely a year after they had moved in. The Dutch holiday park owner did not show the back of his tongue at the time, but the owner of Hengelhoef and Parelstrand does reveal the true reason for this move to the Dutch magazine Privé. He bought, again in Limburg, an even larger and more imposing house: a complete castle in Achel.
