In recent weeks, L’Etablissement Français du Sang Grand Est has launched an appeal for donations due to an insufficient level of stock, partly linked to cancellations of collections. They are now faced with a significant lack of human resources.
At the national level, 200 nursing and doctor positions are to be filled. The Grand Est region is not spared. A recruitment campaign on these professions has been launched.
The objective is to have the means to accommodate the number of blood donors sufficient to participate in the care of patients.
