This Friday, October 22, at 11:30 am, a national police patrol intervened at the Émile Roux hospital in Puy-en-Velay for a man who had just insulted a reception agent, refusing to present his health pass and his mask to enter the hospital compound.

During the check-in, the man, already known to law enforcement, in turn insulted the police in turn. Taken to the police station to be remanded in custody, the man admitted insults to hospital staff but not to police officers.
He was released after notification of a summons before the criminal court for insulting persons holding public authority and persons entrusted with a public service mission.
But the 43-year-old returned to the hospital to collect his bicycle. On this occasion, he degraded the digital tablets that were in the reception service. The police therefore arrested him a second time in the space of a few hours while he was driving avenue de Bonneville in the direction of Le Puy.
The hospital filed a complaint for damage to two digital tablets.
During his second custody of the day, the Brivois admitted the facts without giving further explanation. He came out with a new summons before the criminal court for destruction of property intended for the public utility.
