Four people will compete in the TV3 show “Almost Ideal Dinner” this week, who have already shown in various ways – they know how to celebrate life and make a holiday for others. Food stylist Linda Vilmansone, interior architect Anda Ozoliņa, folklorist Andris Kapusts and festival director Kārlis Anitens will meet at the dinner show.
Linda Vilmansone will receive guests on the evening of acquaintance of all participants. As a food expert, she will try to win the hearts of her competitors with an almost vegetarian and oriental-oriented dinner.
On the second evening, guests will be received by Andris Kapusts, an expert in Latvian traditions. On his menu, exquisite foreign dishes will coexist beautifully with products used in ancient white. Guests will have the opportunity to learn how and what the ancient Latvians ate, to try archery, and at the end of the evening to listen to the beautiful voices of the group “Tautumeitas” by the fire.
Interior architect Anda Ozolina will be the next guest on Tūja beach. Her handwriting in the interior and table decorations is very special and can be enjoyed by dinner guests. Guests will be able to enjoy the evening entertainment in the art and create their own art.
The closing evening will be hosted by the festival director Kārlis Anitens. Being a great Latvian patriot, Kārlis will use local products in all dishes and prepare them in modern Latvian. But for entertainment – of course, the production, as befits a real director.
