I obtained a BTS Tourism in 1996, before multiplying the experiences. In the same year, I started at VISIT FRANCE, VISIT EUROP. It was the beginning of the à la carte journey.
Then i joined PASSION HOLIDAYS – The teaching league, specialist in language stays, before being in charge of travel for the Savencia group. Instead of maternity leave, I took care of travel by private planes and on commercial flights for business leaders.
In 1999, I joined the TEKER group (Rev’Vacances – Pacha Tours), as a reservations agent. I stayed there 6 years within the agency and the services of the tour operator. Travel advisor, I also worked in commercial development, animation, support for works councils and crisis management after the terrorist attacks in Egypt.
After a layoff, I turned to business travel. I bounced back at Afat Voyages, then American Express. I had my first experience as a manager, negotiating contracts with clients and doing cold business prospecting.
From 2014, I rediscovered client contact in an agency, as an advisor and agency manager, at Thomas Cook… until bankruptcy.
Once again, I bounced back! I found a job with an independent agency, but the covid-19 crisis went through it.
Since then, I did a refresher in English. I trained in agile management.
