Presentation of the establishment:
The Korian Le Ranzay residence is located in Nantes in the middle of a wooded park, the establishment is easily accessible by public transport. The residence has 98 beds and a secure living unit for residents with Alzeimer’s disease or related disorders.
Your mission :
Attached to the Chef, you ensure the preparation and finishing of meals, ensuring that the different diets of our residents are respected.
In compliance with hygiene and safety standards, you are responsible for checking the proper functioning of the kitchen equipment as well as the correct use of the products made available.
You participate in the daily management of the service and order food.
CDI – Full day time – Working time 1 FTE
Your profile :
You hold a BEP to BAC level diploma in catering.
Mastery of HACCP standards, your creativity and your team spirit will be your assets for success.
