Reporting from the official website of the Ministry of Health (Kemenkes), the Polio Virus consists of 3 strains, namely strain-1 (Brunhilde), strain-2 (Lansig), and strain-3 (Leon), including the Picornaviridae family.
This disease can cause paralysis with damage to motor neurons, in the anterior horn of the spinal cord due to viral infection.
The polioviruses found can be in the form of vaccine/sabin poliovirus, wild poliovirus/WPV (Wild Poliovirus) and VDPV (Vaccine Derived Poliovirus). VDVP is a polio vaccine/sabin virus that mutates and can cause paralysis.

2). Circulating VDPV (cVDPV) when there is evidence of person-to-person transmission in the community, and
3). Ambiguous VDPV (aVDPV) when it cannot be classified as cVDPV or iVDPV.
