The entity that oversees civil associations urged the Cordovan League to present the documentation referring to the sanctions imposed in relation to the suspension of membership and the elimination of the women’s soccer team.
The resolution comes after the IPJ filed the Club’s complaint, in light of the irregularities committed by League authorities that have led us to situations of violence, extortion and arbitrariness.
In this way, the supervisory entity understands that it corresponds to make room for the Workshops to verify the legal procedure and respect for the League’s own statutes.
This resolution of Inspection of Legal Persons, adds to the important expressions of the Justice of Córdoba in support of the Club.
So far, the League authorities have not responded to the claims of inequity and double taxation; They have filed criminal complaints against Club authorities, even against what their own statute indicates; they have voiced innumerable grievances through the media; They have placed the rest of the clubs that make up the City League under pressure and have exposed their intransigence in the negotiation instances proposed by provincial and municipal authorities.
After the Club’s complaint, in recent weeks, the LCF has twice called an extraordinary assembly with the intention of trying to clean up the obvious irregularities that it is carrying out in this illegitimate harassment.
It has been seven months since our families have suffered this discrimination and the League will also have to face this serious damage that it is causing with an unnecessary conflict that damages all of Cordoba football.
With this resolution, the control authority of civil associations accompanies the intention to protect the rights of affected children and adolescents and to take care of institutional quality.
