BANGKAPOS.COM, BANGKA — Supri, a resident of Pangkalpinang City, became a prospective passenger for air transportation at Depati Amir Airport, Central Bangka Regency, Bangka Belitung Province, on Thursday (21/10/2021) afternoon.
Supri, who was going to Jakarta with one of his friends, used the results of a rapid antigen test to be able to fly.
He knew the requirements for antigen, after the issuance of the Circular (SE) of the Governor of Babel which allowed passengers from or to Bangka Belitung with negative antigen results.
“I used a negative antigen test result, thank God we know from friends that with antigen it is possible to go to Jakarta,” explained Supri to Bangkapos.com, Thursday (21/10/2021) at Depati Amir Airport.
Supri added that the policy for negative antigen results would certainly help passengers, because requiring the PCR test would be a burden for many passengers because the price was expensive.
“We know that the PCR test is expensive, reaching Rp. 500 thousand, exceeding the price of a plane ticket. So, with this antigen policy, it helps and makes it easier for prospective passengers to travel,” he said.
He also hopes that the rules of antigen requirements do not conflict with the rules above, which still require RT-PCR tests to travel to certain areas.
“Don’t let us have so many rules that make people confused. We hope that the existing rules don’t violate the rules above. The passengers just want to make it easier, don’t make it complicated by the many rules. the Ministry of Home Affairs rules, but the governor’s rule may be antigenic, meaning that it should not conflict with this rule,” he complained.
Separately, the Deputy Head of the Bangka Belitung Islands Provincial Transportation Department, Zanuari Anizar, said there was no contradiction regarding the Circular Letter (SE) of the Governor of Babel Number 550/0732/dishub issued by his party.
Especially at points, three in the governor’s SE explain that domestic travelers (PPDN) using air transportation to and from the Bangka Belitung Islands Province can show a negative antigen test result (H-1) on condition that they have received a second dose of vaccination or a certificate of results. PCR negative (H-2) if still getting first dose of vaccination.
