JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – The PeduliLindung application is now a mandatory requirement that must be used by travelers.
This rule has been approved since October 20, 2021 through the Provisions for Traveling Domestic People during the Covid-19 Pandemic Period.
In addition, travelers are also required to take personal and public responsibility for their respective health.
Implementing and complying with health protocols, namely washing masks, maintaining distance, and avoiding crowds or 3M is encouraged to be carried out.

“Every Domestic Traveler (PPDN) is required to use the PeduliLindung application as a condition for traveling domestically,” wrote the Circular of the Covid-19 Handling Task Force Number 21 of 2021.
The regulation also urges travelers to use 3-ply cloth masks or medical masks that can cover the nose and mouth.
During the trip using public transportation, whether by land, sea, or air, activities such as one-way or two-way conversations in person or by telephone are not permitted.
Eating and drinking during the trip especially flights less than 2 hours is prohibited. However, for individuals who are required to take drugs this rule can be excluded.
