Cholesterol is divided into two first types, HDL (High-density lipoproteins) or what is often called good cholesterol. HDL plays a role in transporting all waste and toxins back to the liver.
Second, LDL (Low-density lipoprotein) which is known as bad cholesterol. This type of cholesterol forms a layer of plaque on the walls of arteries which makes it difficult for blood to flow, which can lead to high blood pressure and stroke.

The following fruits can help control and lower cholesterol.
1. Avocado
Avocado is good for people with high blood pressure. The reason, avocado is a source of antioxidants and contains vitamins K, C, B5, B6, E, and monounsaturated fats.
The content of unsaturated fats in avocados can help maintain heart health and reduce the risk of stroke.
