A resident named Fisiharto reported on investment management robot crypto Mark Ai to Polda Metro Jaya. He reported because he felt that he had been harmed by Rp. 126 million.
The report is numbered LP/B/5203/X/2021/SPKT/Polda Metro Jaya. Fisiharto made a direct report to the Polda Metro Jaya today, Wednesday (20/10/2021).
Fisiharto said that the reported person in this case was Hindra as Director of PT Teknologi Investasi Indonesia.
“This report is in my name, Fisiharto. The report is on behalf of Mr. Hindra,” said Fisiharto after making a report at the Polda Metro Jaya.
Fisiharto said his party had attached evidence and explained the chronology of the case. He hoped that the police would thoroughly investigate this case.
“Hopefully the police will be able to carry out further investigations, for this the person responsible is the head of the company so that they can be arrested and held accountable for the losses that have been obtained by many members throughout Indonesia,” he said.
“We are victims of crypto robot investment that is currently booming in Indonesia, which has actually been going on for this crypto robot starting in March 2021,” he said.
In the report, Fisiharto said he had suffered a loss of Rp 126 million. The report relates to allegations of fraud and/or money laundering (TPPU) as regulated in Article 28 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 45A paragraph (1) of the ITE Law and/or Articles 3,4,5 of the Money Laundering Law.
He said the Mark Ai service initially ran normally like any other investment. However, he said, the service had been chaotic since October 15. He said investors could not login and the company website had an error.
“Actually, Mark Ai’s journey until October 14, 2021 was still running normally, but on October 15 there was a change. Where Mark Ai could not do depots and withdraw funds for the reason of fear of illegal funds entering Mark Ai,” said Fisiharto.
He said Mark Ai promised to fix the service. He said the service would not be back to normal until October 17.
“Mark Ai himself stated that he would return to normal. But in fact we are waiting for no changes, no further information. Then on October 17, precisely after lunch, it turns out that the login for this investment cannot be accessed at all. The server error code exits 504 ,” he explained.
“As promised, it turns out that there is no change at all and friends of all members have categorized this as a scam or scam for online investment,” he continued.
