The IMRO took a strong stance on the introduction of the new measures. Here is what is stated in a letter sent to Varna24.bg.
“Seven months of chaos and inaction and in 48 hours take away the basic constitutional rights of the Bulgarians. They set everyone against everyone. It is powerlessness and weakness!
We from VMRO – Bulgarian National Movement, with the clear awareness that we do not support hysterical anti-vaccination, burning masks and any other similar hysteria and antihuman populism related to the coronavirus, strongly oppose the unprincipled imposition of measures by the caretaker government.
With the introduction of the green certificate for practically all social activities, except for the domestic life of the Bulgarians, the government of Radev restricts basic human rights, enshrined in Chapter Two of the Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria.
And he does it brazenly and without any experience, even to conduct an adequate vaccination campaign in the country. Seven months of helplessness and almost zero vaccination and as a result – a record number of sick and dead. And typically Bolshevik – restrictions for about 80 percent of Bulgarians.
And citizens are already preparing to protest against the state and against establishments that want their certificate. The restaurants are invited to protest against the state. Doctors are protesting against the new measures because they believe they will not be observed. Unvaccinated people wonder why they are discriminated against at the expense of the vaccinated. And the sick are still not fully covered in the relief. We all wonder why the administration, for example, stays out of step.
Congratulations! You set everyone against everyone!
Well, this is a complete failure, ladies and gentlemen service ministers. You have 20 percent vaccinated. People don’t believe you. The state is boiling with anti-vaccination currents, which claim that unknown forces want to chip us, and you are introducing a green certificate for the whole range of social activities of the Bulgarians without even bothering to do between the “erasures” in the country. at least some working vaccination campaign, and in the end you make the vaccine mandatory so that only 20% of the people in the country live socially, it’s not just a failure, it’s a social genocide!
The Constitution explicitly states that:
“Art. 29. (1) No one shall be subjected to torture, to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or to forced assimilation.
(2) No one may be subjected to medical, scientific or other experiments without his voluntary written consent.
Art. 30. (1) Everyone has the right to personal liberty and security.
Art. 32. (1) The personal life of the citizens shall be inviolable. Everyone has the right to protection against unlawful interference with his private and family life and against infringement of his honor, dignity and reputation. “

Since you have read this literature carefully, I will paraphrase Hanchev and his “good student”
You were silent when they died ten a day
You were silent when they died fifty a day
You were silent when they died a hundred a day
You were silent when two hundred…
But you had to shut up today! Because you will not get an excellent in immortality class!
Today you have shown in practice how not to drive.
The decision of the caretaker Minister of Health to introduce green certificates is inadmissible. His appointment was also unacceptable, especially in the second government, because this man proved that he could not manage the crisis from his first appointment. An additional outrageous fact is that he became famous for his statements against the measures last summer, and today he is in a position to determine them himself. I understand that in an elective environment, you can’t close businesses because it’s not good for the campaign. But I don’t understand the absurd silence all summer. The vaccination campaign was almost stopped, and the Ministry of Health decided to donate watches against vaccination.
Raffle!
Raffle with the life and health of people! Even then, Katsarov had to leave. But he stayed! And after being silent for months and doing nothing to control the crisis, which began in early September, today announced absolutely inadequate measures. Without taking into account that even if someone decides to get vaccinated today, they will receive a valid certificate only after 45 days. Without taking into account the fact that many people cannot be vaccinated due to medical indicators. Notwithstanding the fact that there are many people who have fallen ill, but more than six months ago, and now have a very strong immune response and their vaccine is contraindicated. Without taking into account the fact that many people have fallen ill but are not reported in the system. These are just some of the cases of people who want to get vaccinated or get a green certificate, but do not have this opportunity. And what is left for those 80 percent of Bulgarian citizens who do not want to be vaccinated and were not motivated by the gift watch?
We from IMRO demand that the health authorities immediately abandon the introduction of the green certificate. Apart from the fact that the introduction of such measures is unconstitutional, it is also segregation. Segregation reminiscent of other times! We demand the immediate resignation of the Minister of Health. Which, in addition to being late, is also mandatory! We insist on the appointment of a new Minister of Health, who will pursue a correct, purposeful and in accordance with our conditions policy for overcoming the crisis.
Mr. President, today you have finally managed to enter into your role of unifier of the nation. You have united everyone against the Minister of Health appointed by you, and therefore against yourself! It is time to listen to the people, because every revolution begins when the government stops listening to the people. In the coming terribly severe winter, given the speculative rise in prices, the addition of additional tension will blow up society. And this will be disastrous for the state.
We remind you that during the debates on the green certificate in the EP, the Bulgarian representative in the EP and vice-president of IMRO Angel Djambazki was against the introduction of a green certificate due to the drastic violation of human rights. ”
