Arriving from Belgium in 2017 to live the dream she had cherished for a long time, Virginie E now finds herself confronted with serious health problems which do not hesitate to take specific and very expensive medication. She is being treated for a brain mass that causes side effects that limit her ability to work. I therefore appeal to everyone’s generosity because they are not eligible for the Régie de l’Assurance Maladie du Québec. (RAMQ) Since she has not yet obtained her permanent residence from Canada.
